Fracture

I was approached by a client, to produce 3D animation and visual effects in a roadblock banner for the release of Lucas Arts’ Fracture game. I was producer and art director. My team created the animation and effects created for the characters and weapons to match the visual style of the game. In order to overcome certain technical challenges that emerged, I worked directly with the Flash developers to produce transparent effects that would overlay the content of a web page, load quickly and eliminate a sizing issue that would have otherwise made publishing of the animated content too tricky and costly on the various websites where it was to be shown. The campaign was a great success and the marketing team at Lucas Arts were elated.
